Terms of Use

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These terms cover this website and the Tidepaw app for iPhone, both provided by ABC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to them.

The Tidepaw app

The Tidepaw app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which applies when you download it from the App Store.

Subscriptions. Tidepaw Premium is an optional subscription, billed and managed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Not a medical device, not for emergencies

Tidepaw is a self-care companion. It isn't a medical device, it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and it doesn't replace professional care. Tidepaw isn't monitored and can't respond to emergencies. If you're in crisis or might be in danger, contact your local emergency services.
